Production terms
These terms govern the relationship between Reflex Rent Boulogne (2 Avenue de la Porte de Saint-Cloud, 75016 Paris, France) and any audiovisual production or creator wishing to use our vehicles on screen.
1. Booking conditions
Each request requires an approved production brief: project title (or confidential code-name acceptable), shoot dates, location, on-screen usage type, technical team. ReflexRent reserves the right to decline a request without justification.
2. Deposit and production insurance
A security deposit is required at vehicle pickup. Amount varies by vehicle. Production insurance to be provided by the client, validated upfront by ReflexRent. Our comprehensive coverage applies in addition.
3. Pricing
All rentals for audiovisual use are quoted individually. Pricing considers the vehicle, duration, production type, shoot location and associated services (driver, prep, modifications).
4. Technical modifications
Any cosmetic modification (fake plates, stickers, external camera rigging) must be validated in writing. Structural modifications are considered case by case and billed separately.
5. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before shoot. Between 7 and 2 days: 50%. Less than 48h or no-show: 100%. Proven force majeure: full refund.
6. Disputes
Amicable resolution sought first. Failing that, Paris Commercial Court. French law applies.
