A cinema car starts telling the story before the dialogue ever begins. A German sedan sets a status, an Italian sports car opens a sequence, a vintage model anchors a decade. On a feature, every vehicle has to survive nights, tight close-ups and wide masters while staying visually coherent from brief to final cut. That is the difference between a car you rent and a car you choose.

Preparing a vehicle for the set is much more than delivering it. It means making sure it starts on the first try at six in the morning, accepts a camera rig without complaining, and can be repainted, doubled or matte-finished depending on the scene. It means anticipating the stunt double, the hidden wiring for on-board sound, the secondary unit for cutaway shots. It also means knowing the craft: who to deliver to, how to clear a Paris street, how to wrap after the last take without leaving a trace.
